event management service.

Started as a Graphic Designer I in 1987, promoted to Graphic Designer II in 1998 and
promoted to Graphic Design Program Manager in 1990.
• Consultant to executive management, division and program staff on print
and web projects targeting the general public, ESD clients, legislators, and other
state and national groups.
• Managed all ESD print projects, from concept through production.
• Administered and negotiated contracts with commercial lithographers, printers,
photographers, service-bureaus and other technical/consultant support to ensure
top-quality products. Rejected unacceptable work.
• Ensured that each project met department standards; was appropriate for
the, complexity, scope and audience; achieved desired outcomes;
and stayed within budget.
• Developed publication policies, procedures and design standards used
